Cute little nice basic hotel for rest. Spacious room at good prices with coffees, a double bed, kettle. Local area, central location not far from tube and buses as well as bus stations 5 minutes walk away. Also, easy to get to Paddington.

I wasn't there long enough as they apparently didn't receive my booking and then messed me about all week with alternative accommodation
The lack of communication between reception and myself, the chaos at breakfast time (not enough seats for even half the guests), no dvd, broken lamp, tatty towels, no wardrobe (2 coathangers hanging on the broken lamp), no tea/coffee facilities in room.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and choices of cereals, juice, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, beans and toast for breakfast. We were lucky to have a car parking space and able to keep it for our two day stay and at £10.00 a day it was a bargain. It is in a 5 minute walk from the underground so easy access to all over London. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area also. We will book this hotel again when we come up to London.

The people working in the hotel were all very nice and helpful. We arrived before check-in time and were taken to the breakfast room for hot chocolate and tea while our room was being prepared. The hotel was in a great location, just up the street from Paddington Station and Hyde Park
The plumbing was a little quirky.

Charming hotel (small, wooden stairs), not standard like the big ones, well situated, adequate facilities and helpful staff
breakfast room little small, sometimes a bit noisy and sometimes loss of water pressure.

For cleaniless this is the hotel. Because of the recent renovation the room and toilet is absolute brand new and you feel like in a new hotel. The sheets are also clean. There is a big mirror but no table, so nowhere to put our comb, makeup and little things etc. The receptionst (at the time of check in) is also nice & helpful & smiling always.
There is a big mirror but no dressing or even writing table so we have no place to put our combs, makeup, and small little things. Alt least have a small or wall table.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy.
My stay seemed like a warm hug from start to finish! The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to Hyde Park. The staff, especially Mr Ali, were very good, our room was comfy and clean every single day. Morning breakfasts were good with fresh, fluffy scrambled eggs, no powdered stuff here 🍳💖
Totally recommend 💕✨

Room is quite good, but servicer didn't mention me that it is basement floor. By the way, room is good.
Breakfast is ready after 8:30 that wouldn't be good time for journey.

Particularly good location within walking distance of Paddington. Spotless, compact unit for bedside table, and amicable staff.

Recommend for exploring town
Cozy room, friendly staff, who were quick to carry my suitcase to the top floor and ensured I had a good wifi connection, made my stay very pleasant and stress-free, while the hotel's proximity to a metro station made exploring the area easy.
Perfect experience.
